鯉魚潭位於台灣花蓮縣壽豐鄉，地處花東縱谷國家風景區的最北端。鯉魚潭為木瓜溪支流銅文蘭溪之上游與花蓮溪支流荖溪之間河川襲奪所形成的堰塞湖，湖面呈南北長東西窄的橢圓形，面積約104公頃左右，湖水來自於地底湧泉，所以終年清澈，水最深處達15公尺。
Liyu Lake is located in Shoufeng Township, Hualien County, Taiwan, at the northernmost point of the Huadong Rift Valley National Scenic Area. Liyutan is a dammed lake formed by river seizures between the upper reaches of Tongwenlan Creek, a tributary of Papaya Creek, and Lao Creek, a tributary of Hualien Creek. The spring is clear all year round, and the deepest part of the water reaches 15 meters.

The night market was constructed as part of the 6th rezoning area.[2] It spreads over an area of 9 hectares and consists of Futing Night Market (Chinese: 福町夜市) for Taiwanese cuisine, street of Taiwanese aborigines cuisine (Chinese: 原住民一條街), Zhiqiang Night Market (Chinese: 自強夜市) and street of Mainland China cuisine (Chinese: 各省一條街).[3][5] The night market also features a center plaza, tourist information center, an ecology pond and a lookout tower.[2]
位在花蓮市六期重劃區，圍繞著陽光電城的兩橫一直的夜市路徑，包括福町夜市、各省一條街、以及原住民一條街。超過四百個攤位，從2015年夏天開始，便以各式精彩的小吃、遊戲與表演陣容打響了在花蓮觀光旅遊的名氣，不論在地民眾、各地的觀光客，到花蓮，都少不了要到東大門夜市走一趟，體驗這裡的各式小吃。 從2015年年底開始，更加入了自強夜市的新區塊，數十個原本自強夜市的攤商已正式進入，形成了繼福町夜市、原住民一條街與各省一條街之外的第四個區塊。其中多家攤商，都是在花蓮地區享有極高人氣的老字號，更吸引不少饕客與忠實顧客，準時到夜市來報到，讓原本就已相當熱鬧的東大門夜市，增添更多的人氣。

The Pine Garden was formerly known as the "Hualien Port Army Corps Office". It was built in the latter part of World War II. April 1, 1942 was the opening day. Neighboring "Broadcasting Bureau" (established on May 1, 2003, now Hualien Station of China Broadcasting Corporation), "Coast Radio" (Long-distance Telecommunications Administration, now Chunghwa Telecom), waterworks (water company Meilun Water Purification Plant) There are pine forests connected together. Since the view directly faces the estuary of Meilun Creek on the Beibin Beach, it has the advantage of a natural commanding height. It overlooks the Meilun Creek inlet, Hualien Port and the Pacific Ocean. During the war, it is easy to control the ships entering and leaving the South Coast and the aircraft taking off and landing at the South Airport. It became an important military command center for the Japanese army in Hualien at that time.

Taroko National Park

太魯閣國家公園座落於花蓮、臺中及南投三縣市，是臺灣第四座成立的國家公園，前身為日治時期成立之次高太魯閣國立公園（1937-1945）。其範圍以立霧溪峽谷、東西橫貫公路沿線及其外圍山區為主，包括合歡群峰、奇萊連峰、南湖中央尖山連峰、清水斷崖、立霧溪流域及三棧溪流域等，全區面積九萬二千公頃。
太魯閣國家公園境內地勢高聳，大致由中央山脈向東傾斜，其間山巒起伏，二千公尺以上的山區面積約佔全境之半，其中有將近六分之一的面積為三千公尺以上的高山。高山氣勢雄偉，當中躋身「臺灣百岳」者即達二十七座之多。
